  3. Airtight Test: The barrel is sealed and submerged in water, then pressurized. The absence of bubbles indicates it is airtight.
  4. Liquid-tight Test: Water is poured into the barrel, maintaining a pressure of 100 kPa for 30 minutes without leakage.

Ton Containers

Ton containers, like 200L barrels, are also made from HDPE through blow molding. The minimum wall thickness for ton containers is typically greater than 1.5 mm, while rotomolded liners can exceed 3 mm. The choice of inner liner depends on customer requirements.

The outer structure of ton containers consists of a mesh frame and a tray, often made from galvanized steel. This design ensures that the container can support significant weight while remaining lightweight and resilient against external impacts. The manufacturing process for these frames includes cutting, welding, bending, and assembly, culminating in a robust container ready for various applications.
